Orders
Shipping and returns
They do not depend on this site.
Who ships the books
This site ships nothing. Orders placed through the purchase buttons are handled by Amazon, which takes care of preparation, shipping and tracking.
Times and shipping costs
The stated times, shipping costs and delivery methods are Amazon's. They are shown on the book's page at the time of ordering.
Returns, exchanges and refunds
These are handled by Amazon, under its terms, including the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The publishing house has access neither to your order nor to your file.
A damaged or incorrect book
Report it first to Amazon, which is your seller and the only party able to act on your order. You may also write to us: it does not replace that step, but we want to know.
